Andrew Homer

Andrew has worked in the Luxembourg financial sector for more than 10 years and has gained extensive experience in the administration and operation of Luxembourg alternative investments while working for Six Street Partners, the former strategic structured debt partner of TPG, a major global alternative asset management company.

He has a sound knowledge of private equity related Luxembourg legal and tax structuring matters including structured debt, infrastructure, renewables, real estate and securitization deals. He is an experienced chartered global management accountant with a demonstrated history of working successfully in a number of areas including the investment management industry.

Prior to joining TPG in 2010, he spent several years as the UK finance manager of MAB Limited, the English subsidiary of MAB Groep BV, a major European real estate development and investment group and then as a founder-partner of Cleere Accounting, an independent management accounting practice.

Having graduated from the University of Durham in England, Andrew gained his post-graduate-chartered management accounting qualification. English is his mother-tongue, and he has reasonable capability in French and basic German. He is of British nationality and has permanent personal residence in Luxembourg.
