Jens Hoellermann
Jens Hoellermann has more than 13 years of experience in alternative asset management including fund administration and fund management. His experience of the industry covers several elements, such as legal, corporate governance, transaction structuring and portfolio and risk management regarding private equity, venture and growth capital, real estate, credit, mezzanine, secondaries, and infrastructure.
During his career, Jens has served as a board member of funds and SPVs, including securitization vehicles and management companies. Amongst others, he worked for a one of the world’s largest service provider in the directorship services department and for two major private equity firms.
Jens is recognized in Luxembourg as an expert in alternatives and private equity in particular and is active in various industry bodies. He holds a Master’s degree in law of the University of Cologne, Germany, and an MBA from the John F. Welch College of Business, Fairfield, CT, USA where he now acts as adjunct professor for private equity. He also holds an executive doctorate in business administration from the University Jean Moulin, Lyon, France. Jens is fluent in German and English and has good capability in French and Luxembourgish. He is resident and domiciled in Luxembourg.
